MICRO MOULDS

We manufacture moulds in Galway Tool and Mould that represent the cutting edge in micro mould making technology, with facilities above and beyond any others available in Ireland today. We have placed significant investment in securing the latest equipment and techniques refined by our experienced engineers.

Some of the moulds we have manufactured produce components with wall thickness as low as 0.025mm and a shot weight of 0.0005grams. This is all achievable because of our micro mould making manufacturing facility, and world class quality assurance, all in a superbly focused environment.
